Our group classes are motivational, supportive, and most of all fun! Every class is led by a coach who will walk you through the warm-up, a strength or skill session, and the workout of the day (the WOD). Our group classes are great because you don’t have to figure out what you are going to do when you walk into the gym that day. We handle that for you!
In order to improve your cardiovascular endurance, our classes are comprised of 40-50 min long cardio workouts with varied intensity including running, biking, rowing or skiing (on the SkiErg :)). We teach you how to use correct breathing during the exercise and in the rest periods to keep your heart rate under control, speed up recovery and improve your performance and stamina in the long run.
Pregnant and Postpartum Training
Our strength based prenatal and postpartum training emphasizes on core function, breath and body alignment, birth preparation and long term athletic goals postpartum. It is WAY more than simply exercise modifications. We understand that being active doesn’t end when motherhood begins. We understand that women during their pregnancy or postpartum need quality guidance on how to safely work out and want to feel supported.
