If you are looking to get started with CrossFit, we recommend our Beginners Course. It's a four-week programme consisting of 12 classes. Through this programme we are aiming to teach you all the basics of CrossFit but more importantly we will try show you how exciting and enjoyable getting in shape can be.
Regular Classes are 60-minute classes focusing of either strength, weightlifting, skill or high-intensity calorie burning action. Strength & weightlifting classes also include a short high-intensity WoD (Workout of the Day). Our coaches will make sure that your workout becomes the most enjoyable part of your day.
