Using the CrossFit methodology - performing constantly varied, functional movements at relatively high intensity - we effectively combine Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio to help build a healthier you!

Our friendly coaches are passionate and knowledgable.  With over 25 years of coaching experience, our staff will help you reach your goals and ensure that you have the best time doing so.

If you are looking to get started with CrossFit, we recommend our Personalised Intro Programme. Through this programme we are aiming to understand how best we can help you reach your health goals as well as teach you all the basics of CrossFit, but more importantly we will try show you how exciting and enjoyable getting in shape can be.

Regular Classes are 60-minute classes focusing of either strength, weightlifting, skill or high-intensity calorie burning action. Strength & weightlifting classes also include a short high-intensity WoD (Workout of the Day). Our coaches will make sure that your workout becomes the most enjoyable part of your day.
