Once you're comfortable, we get started with the intro training sessions.
3. Intro Sessions
These sessions focus on teaching you the fundamental movements used in our group classes. We prioritize proper technique to ensure your workouts are safe and effective. Whether you're a complete beginner or have some experience, these sessions are tailored to your current fitness level and will quadruple your confidence joining our group classes.
4. Ongoing Support and Progress Reviews
Throughout our 90-day intro program, we schedule regular check-ins to monitor your progress.
These brief meetings with your trainer allow us to assess how you're advancing toward your goals and make any necessary adjustments to your plan.
