Coach Levi is the heart and soul of Glasshouse. He made it his life’s mission to make the world a healthier place, and Glasshouse is his drawing board. Over the years, Levi has made it a priority to become the best coach he can be, often implementing new methodologies into his own training before incorporating them in the class programming. With a CF L2 certificate, several StrongFit and Kettlebell certificates and experience in CrossFit and Weightlifting competitions, Levi is not only extremely knowledgeable but also a pretty fun dude.

Marketing Hero during the day and CrossFit Coach at night (and in the morning), Coach Bea is the role model for all of us busy bees and the definition of a strong woman. You’ll find her walking into the gym in the morning with a smile on her face, ready to tackle another day of working, training (preferably lifting heavy weights) and coaching, but never too busy for a chat or a good laugh. In her classes you can expect a lot of attention to detail, tons of tips and tricks she picked up in multiple years of crossfitting, and some solid dance moves!
Bea’s superpower: Unprecedented DJ skills
If you’re looking for a class with a feel-good atmosphere, Isti is your man. Kind and caring, Isti makes sure you get the most out of your CrossFit journey in the long run with emphasis on recovery, injury prevention and balancing the different demands of training. Isti practices what he preaches, maximizing every aspect of performance in- and outside the gym. He religiously works on mobility, sleep and nutrition, so don’t be surprised if you find him lying on the floor immobile, he might just be stretching a specific muscle…

Coach Dóra is a walking encyclopedia of how to train women before, during and after pregnancy. Her approach aims to allow clients to apply what they learn from her to any athletic endeavor they choose to take on. And guess what…? Most of it will benefit pretty much anybody, men & women, young & old. Not only an avid CrossFitter, Dóra also happens to be a huge fan of endurance training, which makes her the perfect coach for our Endurance Classes. Her growing fanbase speaks for itself!
