If you are new to CrossFit we recommend you read all about our Personalised Intro Programme.

On the other hand, if you’re no stranger to the world of CrossFit, then you must be familiar with constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. This is what defines our day-to-day programming.

What Should You Expect?

  • The class would start by the coach taking you through the workout of the day (WOD) and answering any questions
  • This is then followed by a tailor made warm-up which will get your body ready to tackle the workout to follow
  • After having a blast getting fitter, the class will come to an end as the coach walks you through a cool-down
